Operating Advisor
Jonathan Greenway is an Operating Advisor to Highview Capital and serves as Chief Executive Officer of GS Foods Group, Inc., a Highview portfolio company. In this role, he leads the Company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on operational performance, execution, and long-term value creation.
Mr. Greenway was actively involved with GS Foods prior to his appointment as CEO, working closely with management and the Board on strategic and operational initiatives. He also serves as a Board Director of B&R Auto (brauto.com), a Highview portfolio company.
Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of GS Foods in May 2026, Mr. Greenway was a Managing Director at Highview Capital, where he led value creation and transformation initiatives across portfolio companies and supported the sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investments.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at AlixPartners, Johnson & Johnson, Albertsons, and Avery Dennison, and began his career in consulting at A.T. Kearney.
Jonathan holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and has completed the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jonathan grew up in Hong Kong and now resides in California with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, including hiking, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
